MIXING FROM 1-2,000 GALLONS
Scott Mixing Modules are pre-engineered , turn-key mixing systems comprising of a tank, controls, and our Top Mounted or Bottom Mounted mixer. These Mixing Modules are designed to blend, disperse, hydrate, emulsify, and homogenize powders and liquids into liquids. Scott manufactures Mixing Modules in standard sizes ranging from 65 to 300 Gallons, and makes custom sizes ranging from 1 to 2,000 Gallons.
Our Mixing Modules come with our robust sanitary Scott Tanks with dished bottoms, The standard package includes either an open top design with heavy duty bridge or dome top with a man-way; hinged tops are available as an option. Heating or cooling jackets with insulation and skin are also available upon request. Every weld is meticulously polished as standard.
We then fit a Top Mounted or Bottom Mounted mixer to the tank. The mixer comes with one of three standard Turbon heads for batch production depending on the amount of shear needed for the application. Our mixers can also be fitted with special heads such as dispersers and small impellers. Scott Top Mounted mixers can also be operated “dry” without causing equipment failure. In addition, all head assemblies allow for easy removal or clean in place; thus, reducing cleaning time to just a few minutes. When additional mixing is required Scott will supply a Multi-shaft Mixer
We then add UL approved electrical controls, PLC touch screen displays, and ingredient automation to complete your Mixing Module. This turn-key system is built with you in mind!
